As a key-working and outcomes measurement tool, its use enables staff to support individuals through their recovery whilst keeping track of their progress as well as providing a structured way for organisations to monitor the effectiveness of its services.

Ladder of Change
The recovery journey is unique for each individual and involves changing some aspect of life. Change is difficult but the Ladder of Change brings a clear understanding to where the client has been, where they are now and by putting action plans into place, see the goals to be achieved.

Deepdene Care are in the initial stages of introducing the Recovery Star into our services. The Recovery Star will begin with a pilot programme at Clifton House, our residential service in Manchester. The development of a company wide working group who will be trained to use the Recovery Star will then facilitate its roll out into our other national services.
