Governance and quality assurance form an integral part of our philosophy of care.  Our Clinical Governance Board consists of key clinicians, managers and directors from within the organisation, and meets bi-monthly to discuss key developments in the mental health field and how these will influence community based services.

Working to guidelines produced by organisations including Department of Health, CQC and NICE, we have developed a robust framework of procedures designed to ensure that we deliver consistently high standards of care in a safe environment.  Our procedures guide the staff teams at all our services to work within the best practice possible from both a clinical and practical perspective.

We regularly audit our services to ensure we maintain the high standards that are expected by Service Users, regulators and commisioning teams.  Great importance is also placed on feedback from our Service Users whose comments are regularly sought in surveys and focus groups.  This not only ensures that we continue to meet their needs, but also helps us to constantly develop and enhance our services.
